The food was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and the facilities for ski and boot storage were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The mini bus service to the Gondola was also very good. Altogether, our stay was excellent.
We felt completely happy with our stay and have no complaints.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were really helpful and very friendly. The rooms were big, bright and clean. There was a really nice atmosphere in the bar/lounge with a lovely log fire. The breakfast and evening meals were very good too. We ate out a couple of times and the hotel staff were very helpful with recommendations and making reservations for us. We would defiantly stay there again for a skiing trip.
The only thing that let the hotel down was the free shuttle bus to the slopes. It was too small and the demand was too high hence we had wait a long time for it. In the end we took our car up to the resort, as the children were going to be late for their lesson. This is actually easy to do as there is a big free carpark with a little train that takes you to the lift. We then left our skis in a locker by the lift and did this every day.

We booked a familyroom but when we came there, they had none available. At first they gave us a normal room with two extra beds, but it was not comfortable. Without any discussion they gave our children a room next to ours for the whole week and did not charge us extra.
Although I know it is normal in Spain, with young children starting dinner at 20.30 is fairly late.

The staff were charming and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and well heated. The free ski bus service was a bonus, as was the ample parking.
Unfortunately the village of Tredos, although attractive, had little to offer, apart from steep walks!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and an in-room safe. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and provided excellent service, from the 24-hour room service to the prompt laundry service. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, where we could relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Yoy. The room was comfortable, with spacious beds and lovely linen. The location was convenient, close to Baqueira ski resort. The staff treated us so well, especially Silvia, Amanda, Mirela, Yerez, Tino.
The morning meal could've been even better if the 'hot' food like bacon was served warm.

The hotel's traditional mountain lodge-style building instantly captured my heart. The cozy and inviting atmosphere, along with the charming decor, created a warm and comforting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas, such as the lounge and dining area, were easily accessible and well-maintained, perfect for senior guests like myself. I truly enjoyed spending my time in these lovely spaces, soaking in the stunning views of the surrounding area from the balcony.
One area that could have made my vacation even better as a senior was if there were more organized activities specifically designed for guests of my age group. It would have been wonderful to have a dedicated program or events catered to the needs and interests of senior guests.

The dinner and breakfast provided were delicious and offered excellent value for money. I especially appreciated the polite and friendly service from the lady who served our meals.
Totally recommend this hotel.
